Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Communicate significant changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse or Physician immediately.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and treatments, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized patient environment to prevent infection and ensure safety.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license currently active in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or acute care setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment.

- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
