Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately and timely.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as directed by the nursing staff.
- Communicate changes in patient status or concerns to the charge nurse immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment at all times.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Florida CNA License required.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
