Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support residents with nutritional needs during meal times
- Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to multiple facility locations
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
