Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to patients
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
