Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer medications under supervision
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and health screening

- Reliable transportation for home health assignments
