Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and patient concerns
- Assist with medication administration per facility protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to develop care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations
- Support social activities and promote resident engagement
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in a senior living facility
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach with attention to detail
- Clear background check and drug screening required
