Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient emotional wellbeing through compassionate communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Basic computer proficiency for medical record systems
