Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately in EMR systems
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Deliver medication reminders and perform basic wound care under supervision
- Facilitate telehealth consultations for remote patient monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all patient data and virtual communications
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR documentation systems
- Valid CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
