Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient transportation and equipment positioning
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate patient interactions
- Participate in shift handovers and care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
