Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams to implement care plans
- Support emotional well-being through patient engagement and companionship
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in acute or long-term care
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to weekly pay schedule (every Friday)
