Your Role
You will work closely with registered nurses and physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. We value integrity, empathy, and excellence in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care strategies.
Qualifications
- Current, valid State of Colorado CNA Certification required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move patients and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented attitude.
