Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Illinois.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
