Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under clinical supervision
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in hospital orientation and specialized clinical rotations
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and JCAHO standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Maintain electronic health records with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (2023 graduates welcome)
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
