Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with exceptional attention to detail
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term settings
