What You Will Do:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Support patients with mobility issues using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual dietary requirements.
- Document patient care activities and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- High school diploma or GED.
