Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate monitoring and documentation of vital signs and health changes
- Assistance with daily living activities and medication administration
- Collaboration with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
- Responding promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Supporting emotional well-being through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Clear background check and TB screening
- Empathetic communication and teamwork abilities
