Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating special dietary needs
- Maintain accurate resident charts and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
