Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance to ensure patient hygiene and comfort.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment to prevent injury.
  • Administer medication and treatments as directed by licensed nurses, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Observe and report changes in patient behavior, physical condition, or symptoms to the charge nurse or physician.

Qualifications
