Responsibilities
- Delight residents with exceptional bedside care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, fluid intake/output, and resident conditions
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
