Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident conditions using electronic health records
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent pressure injuries and falls
  • Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision accurately and on schedule
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations following established protocols
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection control procedures
  • Collaborate with nursing staff during shift reports and care planning meetings

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or hospital setting
