Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care during overnight hours
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight care
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Passion for patient-centered care during overnight shifts
