  • Transport and Mobility: Safely assist patients with mobility issues, including walking, transferring to beds or wheelchairs, and using mobility aids.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care plans and daily logs.
  • Environment Maintenance: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • CNA Certification: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a state-approved CNA program is required.
  • Entry-Level Friendly: No prior professional work experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and families.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients, and perform physical tasks required in patient care.
