Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Turn, reposition, and transfer patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain certification within [Timeframe]).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- CPR certification preferred.
