Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized assistance in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative nursing programs
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Foster positive interactions through engaging social and recreational activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Nurse Aide Registry certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
