Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques
- Administer medications under supervision as per facility protocols
- Support nutritional needs by assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
