Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following OSHA and CLIA guidelines
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile equipment and calibrated collection devices
- Provide patient education and comfort during procedures
- Utilize LIS systems for specimen tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with lab staff for seamless workflow integration
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current ASCP or AMT phlebotomy certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
