About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our top hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and prepare patients for examinations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid California CNA license (CNAs with RNs preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
