Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient symptoms, progress, and changes in condition accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and physicians regarding patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized patient environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the RN or physician.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting is preferred.

- Reliable transportation.
