Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report any abnormalities to the nursing team immediately.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
- Adhere to all facility policies, protocols, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- Current state licensure and valid ID.
