Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with strict adherence to safety standards and physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and proof of immunizations may be required.
