Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments
- Complete patient documentation remotely post-shift via secure portal
- Communicate patient status changes to clinical team
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (remote documentation)

- Current CPR/BLS certification
