Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support licensed nursing staff with clinical procedures
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

- Clear TB test and physical exam within last year
- Reliable transportation for multiple facility locations
