Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required

- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for travel between facilities)
