Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, intake and output, and daily health status.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Communicate patient changes, symptoms, and concerns promptly to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care.
- Document all care provided and observations made during your shift.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Arizona.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- CPR/BLS certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
