Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with exceptional accuracy
- Assist with mobility transfers and position changes
- Support patient hygiene and comfort in clinical settings
- Collaborate with nursing teams to implement care plans
- Document patient observations and activities meticulously
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
