Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and vaccinations under provider supervision
- Perform EKGs, vital signs, and point-of-care testing
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Assist with inventory management and supply stocking
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Current MA certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) or completion of accredited program
- Tennessee MA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent venipuncture and phlebotomy skills
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
