Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in acute and post-acute settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams via our remote care coordination portal
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments
- Support telehealth monitoring for remote patient assessments
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling with daily pay options
