Job Summary:
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition in electronic health records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and family members regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification or enrollment in an accredited CNA training program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist with lifting.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to undergo a drug screen.
