Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a remote support capacity.
- Vital Monitoring: Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status regularly, reporting any changes to the supervising medical team.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation using electronic health record systems.
- Schedule Management: Adapt to flexible shift schedules and manage time efficiently to meet patient needs.
- Crisis Support: Respond to patient inquiries and provide emotional support and guidance during remote interactions.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current and valid CNA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
