Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene
- Complete electronic health records (EHR) remotely during off-shift hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient well-being
- Support patient education and emotional needs
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for remote documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
