Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic CNA to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for those in our care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Support patients with emotional needs and act as a compassionate listener.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated attitude toward patient care.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
