Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nursing staff with medical treatments, procedures, and medication administration under supervision.
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required by state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
