Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during their stay.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients in accordance with hospital standards.
- Communicate patient status and changes in condition effectively to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification (we provide paid training for qualified candidates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory for immediate start.
