Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately.
- Assist with medication administration and personal hygiene routines.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia CNA Certification and State License.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a home health or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient well-being.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
