Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transferring patients safely.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or Case Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to complete CNA training or hold a current CNA license.
- Compassionate nature and a desire to help others.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for home health).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
