Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning using proper techniques
- Prepare and maintain clean patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care plans
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
