As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing essential care to our community in Memphis, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care records.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines strictly.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid and current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in Illinois.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift patients safely.
