Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings and via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for accurate documentation and remote monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in District of Columbia
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Experience with telehealth nursing platforms preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
