As a CNA, you will provide compassionate care to patients in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Michigan CNA License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
