Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Hallway Mobility: Assist patients with ambulation and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communication: Report changes in patient condition or behavior to the Registered Nurse (RN) immediately.
- Meal Assistance: Serve meals and assist patients with eating according to dietary restrictions.
Qualifications
- CNA Certification: Current and valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Compassionate Nature: Genuine desire to help others and a patient, caring demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Background Check: Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
